Lovely small place, cozy room, pleasant staff. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location, comfortable area, right by the restaurants, and Town center. Good choice of great options for meal.

The rooms were large and brand-new with good amneties kept by the best staff. The location was incredible, not far from restaurants and stalls, Kuala Terengganu, and the city centre.

Very attentive and best staff, fine stay. Reasonably large & impressive rooms with free gift. Had great climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. Early check-in, parking on-site.

Really enjoyed our triple room with free gift as well as the bathroom. All the staffs were very attentive. The location seemed strategic and fantastic to beach & town. Besides, it was adjacent to the surrounding restaurants and Pasar Payang, Batu Buruk and seaside.

The location in a pretty comfortable area was strategic and nice and there were boutiques and a convenience store nearby. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was nice at the ground floor.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Kuala Terengganu. The hotel was clean and cute, had very good wi-fi. I truly enjoyed coffee, tea, toast, eggs, and sausages for breakfast. Bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was nice and brand-new. The staff was great, the bathroom was good. The location was marvellous, with cafés and eateries right next to the property. Boutiques and stores were right next door.

The location is perfect, with beautiful Pantai Batu Burok and other landmarks just a short distance away. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities like air-conditioning and hot water in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to change the bed sheets for us. The breakfast provided was simple but delicious, and the WiFi connection was reliable throughout our stay.

The only downside was that the hotel was a bit far from the city, requiring us to take a taxi whenever we wanted to explore or do something.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kuala Terengganu for a short business trip. The staff at the hotel were extremely courteous and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I was also pleased to find plenty of food stalls and a provision shop within the same block, making it convenient for meals and snacks. Additionally, there was a petrol station very close by, which was convenient for refueling.

I got great value for my money at Ty Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a modern and cozy design. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient with easy access to other restaurants and a nice boutique.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved. There was very little left to choose from when I went down around 10am, even though the buffet was supposed to go on until 11am.
